What technology will be use in a restaurant to make the costumers happy?

Like maybe a TV, so maybe in a hockey season... the costumers might want a TV to watch the game while eating.... My project has to have a paragraph that will focus on the business's use of technology and the types of business documents/procedures they use technology to manage. And the technology that will help to support the business. THanks!

2. You should also consider wifi internet access. Many people go to such places for this sole reason. TV's are also a good idea. You can also use high-tech touch screen registers to increase proficiency. Proficiency means happy customers. happy customers means more money. More money means you more happy!
