Rapid prototyping costs?

I want to reproduce a batch of replica, rare classic car body parts : 1 x front bumper skirt - APPROX: (L)1800 x (W)40 x (D)40 mm 1 x rear bumper skirt - APPROX: (L)1800 x (W)60 x (D)15 mm 2 x side skirts - APPROX: (L)2000 x (W)10 x (D)15 mm I'm thinking about having them in ABS (thought I don't know enough yet to make a decision) Not sure how easy it would be to answer this but providing I had the parts which could be copied; roughly how much would I be talking cost wise? They need to be of a good standard as they would be used on the road and would hope to sell these if financially viable

  1. ABS and PVC do not stand up well to vibration and sunlight. The best reproduction parts that are not metal (steel) are done with good grade fibreglass with UV protection. Many Off-road enthusiast use these high grade parts for their trucks as they stand up well in almost all conditions. Make sure you have a good market for these before investing in a commercial venture manufacturing them.
